The Pat Painter Back to School Carnival will occur on Saturday August 6th, 2022 at Emanuel Community Center located at 4311 San Jacinto in Dallas. Volunteers provide local school children free school supplies in celebration of the upcoming school year. The annual carnival helps offset the cost of going back to school during a particularly busy time of the year and is a marquee event for the neighborhood.
